Scabies?
Where do you live?
Any pets?
Have you examined your sheets and mattresses?
We are in Caseyville,IL we have 4 cats they are downstairs and one dog and she did have fleas but we treated everything and still the rash is here,no bed bugs and the doctor had thought that it could have been scarves and it isn't.
I have never heard of 'scarves' in reference to a bug. Given that you have cats and a dog, I'm going with fleas. You don't know if you are rid of them or not just because you treated the dog and the house, and cats can get them just as easily. And they can come back.
Put a drop or two of Frontline on the animals back of neck and watch closely. Fleas will wriggle to the surface within a few seconds.
But you have to bomb each room of the house. Any hardware store will sell bombs.
I have exactly the same symptoms! Its driving crazy, have you found anything out?
