I'm a breastfeeding mom that was just vaccinated for pertussis and now my 2 week old is coughing and throwing up just a little bit. Am I paranoid or does she have whooping cough?

The vaccine is made from inactive cells and cannot replicate.
I can't find any evidence that this is nothing but coincidence. It doesn't mean your child doesn't have something like whooping cough, totally independently.
