I left Texas while on probation with out telling anyone due to abuse from my husband an every time I call law for help I would be taken to jail now I'm somewhere safe an need to know what I can do to finish my probation time

There's only ONE place to finish your time, and that's back home. You WILL be arrested when you turn yourself in, but if you HAVE a lawyer, he can make it LESS painful that it would ordinarily be.

You're going to need one anyway to fight the violation, so why not hire him now? Yeah, I know you don't have any money... Sign a promissory note.

No, perhaps you left your husband due to abuse. You left Texas because you wanted to. And that's not a good reason.
