Hi I'm a 23 year old female and I have been with my fiancŽ for nearly a year but recently I have lost my sex drive, its almost like I can't be bothered and I feel really tired all the time we decided to have sex last night but even when we started I still didn't want to do it, I haven't gained weight nor has my fiancŽ, I love him more than ever, I am not stressed or depressed, I have been working less hours than I normally do and I have have had my last to periods about 3-4 weeks a part the last one lasted like a day and it normally last for a few days and only comes every few months (every few months is normal for me) and I have been really hungry recently, do you think it could be hormones? Can any one help

It could be your hormones, it could be your thyroid or any number of things. The best thing you can do is get a check up by your physician, usually including blood work, and discuss your concerns with him/her.
