I have been dating this really sweet guy for 4 weeks now, and I have known him forever. I want to hug him and I can tell he wants to as well, but he's kind of shy.

Also, when we are together, I can tell that he is about to kiss me, but I get nervous, and change the subject.

Everyone gets shy and nervous, its perfectly normal when dating.
