When you try to turn the TV on after it has been off for a while the red power light starts blinking and nothing happens. The TV won't turn on or off, even from the power switch on the TV, and the red light won't quit blinking. After unplugging the TV several times, just keep trying to get it to work, and then it starts working and not sure what made it start.
