My dad has asked me to find the value of his coin/ paper money collection and I am trying to price his $1 Silver Certificate Series 1928 A. The signatures are N.O.Nooo (treasurer) and A.W. Mellon (secretary), It has a blue seal. I'm not sure if the plate number is correct but C1585 (found in bottom right corner) is the only one I could find that was close to your 4 number example in another thread. It has a few folds so I would say it is in in Very Fine condition.
