1991 honda civic hatchback won't start
I have replaced the main reay, plugs , wires , ignition coil, cap, and rotar and still won't start. What else could it be?

If the Check Engine Light comes on consistently for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) usually solves the problem. The ICM is located inside the distributor. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the new ICM.
