I am on STEM OPT now(applied for H1B in Nov-2011, under process) , Married in May of 2011. Wife hasn't come to US yet.
Can I apply jointly for 2011 taxes? If yes, Can you please let me know to get ITIN.

If you have not completed five years on F1, you must file nonresident tax return. Applied for H1-B does not change your status.
