I started a manufacturing company with a partner 9mos ago. I find out at the end of the year that my partner and the treasure opened up new bank accounts and or sending all the funds through this account and then into our main account were they can take what they want, what can I do to gain access to this account its in my company name

Your problems are BIGGER than getting access to that account... Hire a lawyer.

You will sue your partner based on your written partnership agreement. In that law suit he will have to produce all documents of any money that went in.

If one of your employees is helping, you fire that employee of course.
