I have been convicted for one years of felony in Kansas, now that I am free I am trying to change all that to lead a good life. From the past one month I have been trying to find any jobs in Kansas, but to no avail. Is felony really a curse for a man? Please help me to find a job.

Unemployment is still high, so yes, a felony is going to make it very difficult to find a job. One month of searching is nothing, even for people with 20 years experience and no record.

There are always jobs no one wants. I know that doesn't sound very helpful, but it's reality. Cleaning cow barns at 5 a.m. septic tank companies and portable toilet companies - stuff like that. There are jobs up near the North Pole in below zero temps (oil and gas), that pay very well, but you have no social life for months, and if you goof off they fire you and you have to get home yourself.
