I'm 27 years old, this is my first baby
My sister had what sounds like the same kind of rash that you describe of when she was pregnant as well. She went to her doctor, and apparently its common with pregnant women because of the hormonal changes they're undergoing with the pregnancy. I heard it can sometimes flare up with anxiety as well. The baby doesn't get it, and I think it goes after your pregnancy.
By the way; I believe it was called shingles.
Over the internet we can not tell what type of rash, and why you have it. It will have to be looked at my your doctor and let them determine what needs to be done.
Next time you see your doctor or midwife, have them take a look. One common rash in pregnancy is PUPPS. If it is this, it is very annoying, but does not cause harm. For general itchiness, many women find relief with a warm oatmeal bath.
