    Null and void
    Dear experts ,
    I have got married in dec 2010 and filed for null and void in dec 2011 against my husvband as he was doing mental and physical torcher to me saying thing about my charator which is totally unbearable for me .
    I have got couselling date for which he did nt come so I need an advice if he doesn't come for next dates as well how many time this couselling dates will be given and can't I go ahead with hearing from my side as he is being not present there for everytym .
    Please advice .

    If you filed for an anullment, what happened to that filing? It sounds like the court ordered counseling. If that's the case, then the court should have placed some conditions on it. If he doesn't meet those conditions you go back to the court.
