It is not February 2 2012 I have asked in December that my boyfriend now ex to leave that our relationship is not working out and I am not happy with the way things are, he has tried to make things work but I am not interested in doing so and have been ill for quite sometime and do not have the energy to work on things nor do I want to as I have told him, he has a 4 year old son and has told me that he has no money and no place to go, I have offered to pay for a house that I found for him with the 1st 2months down and he agreed then has said no that he wants nothing from me, he said he will call the cops that I am harassing him and will not leave now till I have him avicted, is this true and do I have to avict him threw the courts in my own home? I would really like some info and was not wanteing to add mores stress to my health by getting the cops involved, I was hoping it would be simple, and easy on both of us,

You have to evict him by the laws of your state.

Give him written notice that he has to move out, when he does not move out, file for eviction in court.
