    How to get a child support increase?
    Hello
    I live in fl out of three boys.I have 1 that is still getting support it has not been increased. I would like to know if this can be done.I am also disabiled but can't be covered for it.also we are losing our home. With him making close to 200.000 a year. I'd like to know if a increase is possible and how to go about it

    You go to court... to adjust the existing support order.. if his income has increased much since it was originally ordered you might get it...

    First of course, child support is not suppose to pay all of YOUR bills, it is to help with support of the kids. What type of disability do you have? Are you getting disability pay ?

    But if the fathers income has changed * up or down* since child support was ordered and set, then you can go back and have it increased ( or decreased) depending on his income
