My husband is on probation for 1 year for possession of a controlled substance. His probation is up in March, but his PO is saying all the money is due today. Is he going to go to jail for violation since we don't have the money?

Very possibly, yes. Has your husband talked to the PO, made some other arrangement? The PO can't just make up new rules. What are the terms of probation?
