Once I crack my riding mower, it will run for about 5 seconds and then die. I have rebuilt the carb. And put new spark plug and fuel filter, but still doing the same thing

Sounds like you are not getting fuel into the combustion chamber. Before we take anything apart try starting with the gas cap removed, any difference?
