Can father relinquish rights to his children?
Father doesn't want to pay child support, he does a lot of adult talk and wants to keep a child so he doesn't have to pay.

Unless there is someone willing and legally able to adopt, he cannot give up his parental rights.

He ESPECIALLY cannot do it to get out of child support. The real world expects him to pay for his children's support.

What does "adult talk" mean? And Synnen (as always) is 100% correct.

It sounds like he wants the child to live with him so he doesn't have to pay child support to the mother. Is that what you are asking?

Or are you asking something else?

You can't just hand a child back and forth like a puppy. There needs to be a Court Order concerning custody.
