There is this guy and we started talking like a month ago I would say. Everything was going good and we flirted a couple of times. Whenever we texted he didn't seem too interested, but in person it was different. After the last time I saw him he stopped talking to me and I'm not sure why. I texted him hi 3 times last week and he didn't even answer me. Should I just tell him straight up are we cool or not or I'm not sure what to do exactly. I'm so confused. How do I make him talk to me?

Don't bother with him. Unfortunately, he has lost interest or is no longer into you. Spend your time and energy on something else or someone else. If he is meant to be, he will come around.

You don't... You cannot make anybody do something they don't want to do. You have tried to start conversation, now it is time to back off, wait for him to talk to you, if it doesn't happen in a couple weeks, then his interest in somewhere else.
