Yes, economic times have hurt me and I am behind on my HOA dues. In the semi annual minutes they published that I am late and that a lien has been filed. Seems to me there is a violation of a privacy law here. Anyone with feedback?

Read the HOA by-laws. I suspect that this is actually written into the by-laws. But even if it isn't specifically mentioned, it is clearly the business of the HOA and such business should be listed in the minutes. What privacy law do you thinks was violated?
