Anyone know a film from the 70's (I think)? A guy infiltrates a nuclear power plant in the US and threatens to blow it up unless the government admit they had no hope of winning the Vietnam war, they only got involved to prove that they would never give way to communism at any cost. The film is unusual in that as the action progresses, the screen splits into 2, then 3, and eventually 4 separate parts, each showing current happenings from a different perspective.
