A book about a woman kept underground by a vampire and she was tortured by her grandfather as a child. Her grandfather captured her aunts underground and turned them into dragons. She had to go through a lot of traps to make it into the basement. The guy had a giant pool underground and a bed. Some of the local women were having fertility problems so they sat in dirt. Something attacked them at some point.
