I want to evict my Tenant for nonpayment of several months rent. She is ill and requires a Nurse to come help her daily. I hate to kick her out, but I need the money, as I, too, am ill. Is there a sample of an informal notice to warn her that a 3 day notice to get out will be sent to her in 2 weeks? I want to give her a chance to start moving out before I get tough and throw her out.
