Yes they can... you better hire a lawyer and work something out before you get picked up and held pending extradition

They probably won't unless you are stopped again, for any reason at all. More and more states are connected by computer now too, and have 'reciprocity' agreements with each other. It will be revealed if you go to register a car, for example.

Next time you get stopped, register a vehicle, renew a license, get a new license. That's when you'll be arrested.
