Once beyond weight and gender you have lost me. Please clarify amount and what consumed, time from last drink to time of test and I'll try to provide an estimate.

All right, you had 3 drinks each containing 24 oz of 8% abv* across a period of 7 hours, last drink of said substance was 7 pm Saturday with test occurring 9 am Tuesday (last drink > test = 62 hr).

The foregoing is 6+ standard drinks (US). The amount v. time brings EtG detection within question however the rate of consumption (7 hours) indicates reduction (ie peak amounts).

I would guess that you are clear of EtG, but it could be a close call. The higher the cutoff the less possibility of detection, obviously.

Please let us know. Your report will provide guidance for others in the future.

Thanks. I really need your information in order to assess the reliability of the commercial claims of this test. Once again it is my guess that you will be clear, but EtG is a most unreliable, ergo unpredictable test in the marketplace. Best to you.

I would think that is good news. While I am certainly no legal expert, I can tell you from direct experience that laboratory tests are not accepted at face value. The tests are rebuttable, meaning you can challenge the results. Further, evidence to be considered would need to be made available to your attorney in advance.

Probably indicates that the test is a non-issue.
