    Once he's 18 it's illegal to be having sex or anything. So if your parents are OK with you dating him then it's fine but don't be having sex with him because that's technically rape

    The "anything" part may be OK, depending on what exactly "anything" entails, but yes, the sex part is a felony. He could go to prison for years.
