I have a felony warrant for my arrest from a charge that I didn't commit they have arrested me three times for questioning but never questioned me they booked me, finger printed me and sent me home all within 12 hours all three times its like they playing around with me I'm ready to get this over with cause I didn't pass the bad check but I have yet to get in front of a judge and it's been three years is that on my background and what do I do

I just recently did that but the bond is a $2000 cash only and its been even harder for him to get it lowered
