What have you found in your trouble shooting? What is it doing ? Or not doing?, have you checked for power, for correct voltage

I have a coleman central electric furnace that when the thermostat sends the signal to start. The furnace will click like a relay has engaged, the element will come on but the blower won't. It only happens intermittently. But often. The relay that clicks is mounted inside the blend air control box. Ideas?

I have a Coleman central electric furnace. The problem is that when the thermostat sends the signal to start. The furnace will click like a relay has engaged, the element will come on but the blower won't. As soon as the element trips the thermocoupler and cools down, it will try again.
If I turn off the breakers and wait 30 seconds or so then turn them back on, sometimes it will start and run fine all day. But just sometimes.
The main problem only happens intermittently. But often. The relay that clicks is mounted inside the blend air control box. (I think) Ideas?
