How do you know when you are pregnant? I'v got a common cold, mild headaches, cramps in my lower stomach, and my lower stomach has tightend up a little bit. Is that any signs? I'm on birthcontrol but the condom did break. So, I don't know and I need help!

Have you missed a period? For most women that is the first indication that they may be pregnant.
