My body is reacting differently then I expected
Hi! I am 18, 5'5 and about 135 pounds. I have always been extremely active in sports, and workout at least 4 times a week. I love exercising, but I also love good food. It never used to be a problem because I had a fast metabolism and was constantly active. Now I am still active, I almost always get at least an hour of exercise a day, but I am not happy with my weight or even what my body looks like. I have a very muscular physique, I play many sports as well as enjoy doing weights at the gym. Also I have larger breasts (32 D), which constantly get in the way in my sporting events, as well make me feel fatter then I am. This body is not what I wished or thought Id achieve with my healthy lifestyle and workouts. I want to be slim and lean, and I'm tired of being disappointed with my large muscular thighs. I'm toned all over, just do not have the body type that I long for. I've recently upped my cardio in my workouts hoping this would help to lean out the muscle and cut some extra fat, but so far it hasn't really helped.
Does anyone have any tips for how to keep my active lifestyle, but lose 5-10 pounds and achieve a slimmer more graceful body?
