Yha we want tax id for taxfiling for our child.
He don't have any SSN & we don't know how to get SSN or tax id
He is not going to any daycare.tax id is needed to just to include him while filing the tax

You can fill out Form W-7 and submit it to the IRS. I believe your need meets one of the exceptions that allows you to get an ITIN without filing a tax return.

You can get the form and instructions at Internal Revenue Service.
