I have one diseases, I checked lot of doctor ,but no one able to identify my diseases,

I am geeting like fits , but not proper fits,
Its coming only for few second, on that time my body is moving(L to R and R to L) ,specially my head , some time head to till my hand is moving some time full body , but this is only happen for few second like 10 to 30 second . In one day I got this type fits almost 20 to 50 times , after every fits I feel very weakness, some time I feel , I was sleep for 10 to 20 min, means I going to unconscious mode ,

After that fits I am not able to do any work , and I feel brain pain and also fever ,

Please help me , I already done MRI and city scan of brain and EEG also but nothing is coming ,
I alredy checked with neuro specialist , neurosurgeons ,psychiatrist, but no one able to identyfy my problem , I suffering this problem form 3 year .

Find a university hospital with a sleep lab or neurology lab, where they can observe you for a few hours. If this is happening 20 - 50 times a day, they should be able to see it.

Has any doctor mentioned MS (multiple sclerosis)? It is very difficult to diagnose, and there isn't a definitive way to diagnose it. Some tests, but mostly observing symptoms, which vary widely, and ruling out other conditions.
