Taking abused kids out of the care of their mother
I want to know if it's God's plan for me to remove my nieces and nephews from their home where they are being abused.

What country do you and they live in? (important for legal questions)

    How old are they?

And I have one child so far and CPS is involved since 2001 and the kids are still in the home so now I'm going through the courts to get custody of them. Will I have a chance and will the judge give me the other 3 kids when I go to court Feb 03-2012 because she still has them.

Do you have a good lawyer? What does he/she predict will happen?

Since you asked this in the Family Law forum, I assume you want a legal answer, not a religious one. We have no idea what "god's plan" for you is and it really is irrelevant since the decisions will be made according to the law. CA law, like most states, is governed by the best interests of the child doctrine.

There is no way we can predict what a court will do, but if this has been going on for 10 years and they are still with the mother, it would seem the abuse problems are not that great. On the other hand, the fact that the court appointed a representative for the children and they seem to prefer living with you is a good sign.
