My son is 13 months old and his biofather did not sign the birth certificate. I got married in June and my husband wants to adopt my son. What process do I need to do to get this done. The biofather knows he was born but does not see him. Please help Thanks;

The bio father will have to contacted for his agreement.

Agree, the bio father will still have to sign over his rights, often if they don't see the child, and they know they no longer have to pay support once they do the adoption, they are willing to sign away rights to be able to stop paying support.
