I have been seeing my boyfriend for around 9 months now and he tells me he loves me but I seem to think he is lying. I feel he still has feelings for his ex as they were together for 2 years and went through a lot together. We live in different countries so that does not help either.

Long distance relationships are really very hard to maintain... If you have so many doubts, take a break from him and analyze what do you really want from life.

How can you be so sure that he hasn't gotten over his ex? Two years is a short time, I've seen people getting over ex's that they had for 8-10 years too.

If you keep feeling he's lying you'll never be happy with him. Better to break up.
