    Spirits in a house?
We moved into our house about 9 months ago, in the first few months there have been a few bangs and crashes, our dog has been completely different since living there, mirror has fallen and smashed but the candles in front of the mirror stayed where it was. The last few months tvs have been turning on and off as well as radios. Mums partner has a daughter who is 8 and she comes to stay at weekends, she is now really quiet and makes a massive fuss about going to bed, her room is freezing and the radiator is always hot and no windows are open. The last few nights we have all been woken up to what sounds like kitchen cupboards being slammed shut and banging on the work tops..
We don't really no what it could be or whether we should just ignore it ?

Ignoring something almost never helps a situation. Whatever is going on needs to be confronted with honesty, whether there is something going on or not. You might want to consider setting up a video camera or recorder of some kind in the areas where you are getting the most activity. It may have a natural explanation or it may not.

Hauntings are much more common than people think they are and we are just now getting to the point in society where people are opening up more about it.

If you and your family do believe something spiritual is in the home you have only a handful of real options. You can ignore it, something I would suggest against very strongly. You can move out. You can contact a local ministry that has experience in dealing with spirits... they will be able to help you remove the spirits. I do believe spirits that we know as "ghosts" are evil and should not be contacted or played with.

Is your family religious or open to religion?
