I geet ssi and raise a grandchild can I claim her as dependent

You need to let us know:

a) Does the grandchild live with you at least half the year?
b) If not, do you provide at least half her support?
c) Do either of her parents file taxes, and is either planning to claim the child as his/her dependent?
