I currently am on a deferred sentence on DA supervision and 11 months probation. I was on probation for possession of marijuana first offense and possession of CDS ecstasy. I recently violated probation by getting arrested for possession of Marijuana. I have not got my charges for my second offense yet. However the judge released me on bond and told me to come back to receive my charges whether it be for a misdemeanor or felony they could not find my previous records. I live in Oklahoma and I was on probation in another county. What can I expect to happen to me for my current offense and for violating probation? I am a good student with good grades and have a job through the school as a tutor. Any help would much be appreciated, and I know I ****ed up badly I just want some advice on what I am to expect.
