I have just a trickle of water on hot and cold, no problems with rest of house. It does not have a cartridge and I have check the aerator already. I don't know what do. I have also tried turning off the water under the sink and then turning it back on, its an older model faucet I think, but it has a handle for hot and cold. Please help, thanks

If you have checked all the obvious stuff then the next thing to do will be to shut the water off, remove the stems (hot and cold) and then put a towel over the openings and turn the water on to see how water is flowing through the faucet. If water flows well, then the issue is in the stem assemblies or has been fixed by disassembling. If the issue remains after this, then you will need to shut off the main water supply, disassemble the shutoffs under the sink and repeat the clear/purge as you did with the faucet... issue could even be in the supply tubes under the sink.

Try these things to start... should show you the issue at hand, OK?

Check the suply at shutoffs mite be blocked not letting water in before the shutoffs rust gets in or old sealer.if water is there check under the seats that's before aerator
