2 year old is not sleeping
My 2 year hasn't slept through the night since he has been born. Mommy and Daddy are going crazy. I don't know what I should do. I've tried letting him sleep in the middle between us and everything. He sleeps for about 3 hours then wakes up screaming and crying. He is also still taking his bottle at night, I can't seem to get that away from him. He sometimes don't want to eat, he will knock the plate and everything away.. I need some help!

You take the bottle away by throwing them out and not having it as a option. You stop letting him control and run things. So he does not like it, he gets over it, use the sip cups.

So when he knocks his plate away, you I expect put him in a time out or other proper punishment.

Next he does not sleep with you, he has his bed. Since I will assume you have had medical tests and know there is no medical issues, you just let him cry, after a few nights, he understands no one is going to come and play and no one is going to bring him to mom and dads bed and he will start sleeping better.

This is a phase that all children go through.
I suggest instead of sticking him in his room and making him think that no one will come for him, get the book called 123 magic.

Amazon.com: 1-2-3 Magic: Effective Discipline for Children 2-12 (9781889140438): Thomas W. Phelan PhD: Books

It is a great help to parents of children struggling with the limits of the home.

Do you want to have him in your bed? If so, there is nothing wrong with that. But if not, definitely make sure to keep firm on his bed being for him to stay in.

As for the bottles, throw them out. So that he doesn't even have access to them.
But to make it easier, first I would take him to the store, and let him pick out his very own big boy cup. And say several times 'now we don't have to use the baby bottles'
Even if he argues or gets upset, ignore that and just keep saying positive things. 'you get to use a big boy cup now' and 'i am so proud of you for having a big boy cup for your milk/water/juice'

    Don't make it a PUNISHMENT.
That's like saying 'you are being punished because you turned 2'
And that's not fair IMO. Make it an exciting milestone for him. Let him see that it is a GOOD thing.

    Good luck hon!
