    Poly Vera Thera
Hi I have I believe it is called Poly Vera Thera... secondary even doctors have to look it up. Too much blood production and in danger of clotting from my platelet count... 57? Anyway this past week My left leg has become swollen and I am unable to extend my leg fully or walk... Is this a blood clot or tendonitus or something else?

I'm sure you know after seeing many doctors that you can't just ask what a swollen leg means over the phone or online. Yes, it can be vascular problems. There are many things it can be.

I am sympathetic to people who self diagnose when doctors can't find anything wrong, but it's tough when you latch onto something extremely rare. Mistakes do get made when rare diseases are present and overlooked as they go down the list in order or probability. But in this day of a crisis in medical COSTS, you just aren't going to get the tests you might want unless you are willing to pay cash. You might have been getting vascular problems all along and they just now are presenting themselves in a more diagnosable way.

Have your doctors verified your illness though medical tests or do you just think you have this?
