Hi guys I have these white spot type things on my ball sack but I don't know what to do to get rid of them could u guys help?
They look like normal spots what u get on your face

I assume you mean you have these on your scrotum? If so, this is perfectly normal. Most, if not all men have this. There is no need to get rid of them.
