What if u get new charges from 10 years ago while on parole can they put a detainer on u.now u didn't commit the charge while on parole.

Can they, well they can do almost anything, But they should not, as long as the crime and the charges happened before you were put on parole.

The issue may be if the crime happened before, but you were not charged till after you were on parole.
