New air compressor: 2-1/2 hp, 120 volt,60 hz, 14 amp. Single stage, 21 gal, 125 psi. Has it's on 20 amp circuit, problem is after it fills up and cut off and I use it enough air for it to cut on it tries to start but won't so it kicks the reset button. The only way to start it is to let almost or all the air out of it and it starts up fine. The brand name is central pneumatic. Can you guys tell me the problem, and or how I can make it work. Don't think I can return it. Thanks

It came with a 90-day warranty, if you bought it new.

Did you check the oil level? They are not sold with oil in them. It may have a safety shut-off, if the oil is low or the temperature gets too hot. Have you properly set the regulator going to the tank and the regulator going to the hose?
