Hi, I am almost 15 and I'm 5"2, the doctor says I'm finished growing in height and my boobs are size c. I'm 120 lbs but I'm not fat, literally,I'm just very muscular. I have been an avid runner for three years and have always ran varsity,however because of my horrible knees and bad alignment I am unable to compete and run the way I used to.(very sad)i will now golf.I'm sad because my boobs never shrank like the other gazelle like girls and I'm worried that my boobs will get even bigger.I even got stretch marks there when I was running 5-6 times a week. WhAt can I do to make my boobs get smaller or at least No bigger consibering I'm getting no taller and I will not be able to run those miles as I used to

There is no way to reduce the size of breasts other than surgery. I don't know why you think other girls shrank, but its unlikely.

First I doubt your doctor is right, honestly he has no way to even know, perhaps he told you what you wanted to hear, at 15 it is very likely you will grow a bit more.

Next no you can not make your breast smaller,* expect surgery) there is no way, you can do exercise and tighten them up. You can and should be fitted professionally for a bra and wear one with good support.

The only way to make your breasts smaller is by surgery.

If you lose weight u lose boobs too ha only way besides surgery. Its not like there big?

The OP said she wasn't fat so losing weight is unlikely to reduce the size of her breasts. Even with someone who is obese, losing weight is unlikely to have more than a minor effect on breast size.

Please don't give incorrect advice.

Or what I meant by shrank was er, there I guess not as developed and most runners u see aren't. I wasent meaning I was dolly Parton or something just that compare to my hight and running peers Im a bit more maturely built. Do I'm jealous of them is all I was meaning lol.:)
