    Agents of a bank entered your house and stole some items? Does this involve a foreclosure?

    Yes, you can.. But the FIRST step in suing them is having them ARRESTED.. Call the cops.

    Actually no you can not sue them for trespassing, you call the police and press criminal charges for trespassing.

    You sue them for damages of things they took.

    Now of course if they had a court order, and that court order allowed them to enter your home and take things of value in order to cover a debt, no you can't do anything.

    Also if they entered the home due to a foreclosure or an eviction due to non payment of rent or payment, and they have a eviction order, they may also enter and take everything from the home.
