What is your part in this ? Just an interested party, the husband, who ?

I am not understanding this correctly, are you saying that she has filed restraining orders against the two people she is having affairs with? Then re-enitiates to continue fhe affair, then files again. The police must be catching on to this weird practice! Under what grounds does she file?

Or is she filing restraining order against her husband?

Call the police and give them all the details. There are laws to protect underage people and this is serious. The long range impact to their live is great. You would not want this happening to your child.

OP is confusing on two fronts, britsmark. I don't think she is having affair wifh the kids, but says in her post 'two kids parent' so assuming she is fooling around with the parents. Who would put restraining orders against kids if that were the case!!

We won't know until OP comes back and answers some questions.

If she is just having an affair with the parents of students, there is no "laws" that are being broken, she is just showing poor and low moral values. There may be clauses in the teachers contract about dating or relationship with parents ( but most likely not) But there may be some moral clauses in their contracts and having an affair may be a violation of that.

So again, in what ways is this effecting the child?
What was the grounds for the order of protection and who where they against and who got them.
