I'm 17 and have been really noticing brown freckle like spots on the back of my hands, more so closest to the area near my thumb and index finger. I've read a few things but not too sure what to think. I don't tan and prefer not to be in the sun for so long. I do have a frequent blood loss problem where it takes longer to my blood to clot. I've been seeing doctors for the blood loss but just noticed the spots. Is it more related to the blood than sun? Advice ?
