Honda civic lx 1995 not working horn and the fuse is new need to know where the replay is or how to take it apart to check wiring in the steering wheel

The horn relay is located in the under dash fuse/relay box--likely upper left corner. Remove the relay and clean the contacts. Also, check the electrical connection going to the horn for corrosion. It's located behind the front bumper.
