I was a week late starting, started Monday got sick at work Tuesday at two. Still felt sick to my stomach Wednesday, light bleeding Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday just clotting now not bleeding but still feel bloated?

It may just be an off period, but if it is not how your normal periods are, pregnancy is a possibility. You could try a pregnancy test. Be sure to follow the directions carefully. If negative, you are likely not pregnant, but wait and see what happens when your period is due next month. Test again at that time if necessary.
